Faith Home Health & Hospice is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their team in the West Des Moines area. The ideal candidate will be a licensed OT in Iowa with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in home healthcare. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, establishing treatment plans, coordinating care with physicians, and instructing patients and families on therapy programs.
