Registered Nurse RN- Up to $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Job Description

Keosauqua Health Care Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for its skilled nursing facility in Keosauqua, IA. The RN will coordinate care delivery, monitor outcomes, and provide direct nursing care.

Pay Rate: $35-40/hr
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10k based on position/shift
Buddy Bonus: $1000 for each nursing staff member referred

Available Shifts: Full Time 6pm – 6am
Qualifications: Must be a Registered Nurse in Iowa; mental health experience preferred.

Responsibilities: Administer nursing care, provide basic medical care, and collect specimens.
