Job Description

The Williamsport Home is seeking a compassionate individual to serve as a resident advocate, ensuring that residents’ psychosocial and spiritual needs are met from admission to discharge. This role adheres to all relevant regulations and is guided by the Social Services Director.

**Education and Experience Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related human service field
– One year of supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting
– Proficiency in English and ability to follow directions

**Job Types:** Full-time, Part-time
**Pay:** $22.00 per hour
**Expected Hours:** 40 per week
