We are seeking a full-time Evening RN Supervisor (3p-11p) to lead an interdisciplinary team in providing quality care for residents.
Supervise nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Develop and implement care plans, conduct assessments, and maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and quality.
Mentor and support staff, manage staffing and resources, and collaborate with the team.
Qualifications include a valid state nursing license, leadership experience preferred, and strong clinical and communication skills.
