Job Description

We are seeking dedicated therapists for PRN Telehealth or in-person roles in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology, focusing on skilled nursing and outpatient facilities.

• Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, documenting progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
• Qualifications require graduation from an approved therapy program and a current or eligible therapist license.
