Job Description

We are seeking a Supervisor RN to oversee daily activities in the Nursing Department, ensuring high-quality patient care from admission to discharge. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care pathways.
• Leading nursing care and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Resolving operational issues and coordinating with other supervisors.
• Setting team priorities and developing short-term objectives.

Qualifications include current state licensure, BLS certification, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role. A BSN or Master’s degree is preferred. Salary ranges from USD $70,200 to $125,400 per year.
