Job Description

We are seeking qualified Therapists and Counselors for various positions, including Senior Adult Counselor, Senior Youth Counselor, and Care Management Therapist, among others. Our organization has been a leader in behavioral health for over fifty years, serving nearly 40,000 clients annually across Central Florida and expanding into Georgia.

Job Purpose: Provide exceptional customer service, motivational interviewing, and short-term counseling interventions to clients in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to mental health crises and connect individuals to necessary services.
• Utilize assessment and motivational interviewing techniques in both face-to-face and telehealth settings.
• Maintain compliance with program regulations and provide a trauma-informed experience.
• Participate in staff meetings and community engagement activities.
• Complete operational duties, including documentation and data collection.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy, along with Level II background clearance and a valid driver’s license.
