Job Description

This position involves facilitating operative and invasive procedures by preparing sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment while maintaining a sterile field. Responsibilities include assisting the surgical team, performing surgical counts, retrieving specimens, and ensuring patient safety. Candidates must be certified as a Surgical Technologist and hold an Associate degree or equivalent. Experience in a perioperative setting is preferred. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, participation in ongoing education, and adherence to safety protocols. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available, with day and night shifts offered.
