Administrative Supervisor (RN) Nursing Administration/Full-Time

Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: Directs and supervises nursing services during evening, night, and weekend hours.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• EDUCATION: Associate’s Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Valid NM or compact RN License; BLS and ACLS required (ACLS must be obtained within six months).
• SKILLS: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• EXPERIENCE: Six months management or five years acute care clinical experience.

ENVIRONMENT: Works irregular hours with exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to handle emergencies, stand for extended periods, and perform patient transfers.
