Position: LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse Team Leader

Salary: $25.00 – $34.00/hour

Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 (full-time), $3,750 (part-time)

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments
• Supervise Nursing Assistants
• Monitor resident care and report changes
• Document care plans and records

Qualifications:

• Current LPN or RN license
• Experience in geriatric care preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Caring attitude and physical stamina required
