Overview:
$10K Sign-on bonus for external candidates. Full-time RN Visit Nurse position in Home Health, with shifts Monday-Friday from 12 PM-8 PM or 4 days/week for 10-hour shifts. Enjoy a flexible schedule and autonomy while providing one-on-one patient care in their homes.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care using clinical nursing knowledge.
Contribute to the development of home health care plans.
Follow physician-directed care plans to ensure improved patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license and one year of relevant nursing experience.
Competency in various nursing skills and ability to work independently.
Completion of mandatory training and CPR certification.
