Position: Certified Surgical Technician

Department: Operating Room Menino (Inpatient Surgery)

Schedule: 36 Hours, Perm Evenings

Sign-On Bonus:

• $10,000 for candidates with over 1 year of multi-specialty experience.
• $5,000 for candidates with less than 1 year or single specialty experience.

Position Summary: The surgical technician supports patient care during surgeries by maintaining a sterile environment, prepping rooms, transporting patients, and assisting surgical teams.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; graduate of an accredited surgical technology program required.

Certifications: Surgical Technician certification required.

Skills: Previous experience preferred, strong communication, computer proficiency, and organizational skills needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,047.45 – $1,261.44 per week
