Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients and establishing care plans with treatment goals.
• Administering various physical therapy techniques to restore function and relieve pain.
• Instructing patients and families on home treatment and device usage.
• Documenting patient progress and communicating with the healthcare team.
• Supervising support staff and participating in training programs.
• Maintaining professional competency through ongoing education.
