Job Description

The Home Therapy Nurse position involves training patients in home hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis, primarily in-center and occasionally at patients’ homes. Candidates should have a current RN license, 12 months of clinical experience, and 3 months in the specific dialysis modality. The role includes conducting home visits, documenting care, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with potential on-call duties and minimal holiday work.
