Location: Worcester, MA Merrick Street Outpatient Treatment Program
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $65,000-$88,000 based on licensure and experience, with productivity bonuses available

Qualifications:
Masters degree in a relevant field
One year of supervised counseling experience
LICSW or LMHC preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide individual clinical services and case management
Conduct group treatment using established curriculum
Refer clients to community services as needed
Maintain clinical skills and attend required training
