Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Role:

• Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Handle medication requisitions and administration
• Follow center policies and collaborate with the care team
• Report changes in residents’ conditions

Qualifications:

• State-licensed LPN
• CPR Certification
• Preferred two years of nursing experience
