Job Description

We are seeking a Primary Community LPN to provide nursing care in home and clinic settings, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with no weekends or on-call duties. Candidates must hold a current LPN license and have at least one year of experience with the elderly or complete relevant training within six months of hire.
