> REF:#fa0e6fca4a146e58The Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) is a key member of the interdisciplinary team responsible for assessing psychosocial symptoms in patients and families, developing outcomes, and providing psychoeducation, counseling, and casework interventions. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting bio-psycho-social-spiritual assessments.
- Providing individual and family counseling.
- Referring families to community resources.
- Maintaining accurate patient documentation.
- Participating in interdisciplinary care planning and team meetings.
- Offering bereavement care and psychosocial education.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, at least one year of healthcare experience, and relevant state licensure.
