Great River Health is launching the Right Choice Internal Resource Pool (IRP), a flexible staffing program for RNs.

• Flexible Scheduling: RNs within 50 miles of West Burlington, IA can choose their work hours, ideal for those seeking intermittent work.
• Travel Assignments: RNs living further away can take travel assignments across Great River Health facilities.
• Commitments: Local RNs must float to all three hospitals for a minimum of 24 hours in 6 weeks, while distant RNs can take assignments every 4 months.
• Pay: Starting at $32.53/hour, with various shift differentials available.
• Qualifications: Requires RN experience, Iowa RN license, and BLS certification.

Job Type: Part-time, in-person work.
