Job Summary: This nursing position involves assessing, planning, organizing, and evaluating patient care under the Clinical Manager and Nurse Coordinator’s guidance.

Essential Functions:

• Utilizes the nursing process for quality patient care, including admission, assessment, and discharge planning.
• Applies age-specific standards in medication administration and care procedures.
• Incorporates cultural and developmental needs into care plans.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams for patient education and discharge readiness.
• Participates in performance improvement and research evaluation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license and CPR certification; ACLS within 6 months.
• 1-3 years of RN experience, preferably in orthopedic or neurosurgical specialties.
