> REF:#f8b87531b853a06bWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral and therapeutic support services, including assessments, program planning, and clinical services for consumers and their families. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Implementing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions.
- Monitoring treatment plans and collecting data to evaluate effectiveness.
- Educating families on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavioral strategies.
- Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and crisis management.
Qualifications include a Doctoral or Masters Degree in a related field and experience in ABA programming.
