We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for Full-Time, PRN, or PRN float pool positions at our long-term care facility.

We offer:

  • Full-time: $40-$50/hr DOE
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus/loan repayment for Full-time
  • PRN: $50-$55/hr DOE
  • In-house rehab programs and supportive teams
  • Continuing education and mentorship for new grads

    • Position Summary:
    The OT provides direct rehab care in accordance with applicable laws and standards.

    Requirements:
  • NBCOT certified and licensed in the state
  • Graduate of an accredited OT program
  • 1 year experience preferred
  • CPR certification required

    • Essential Functions:
  • Follow treatment plans and establish patient goals
  • Oversee care provided by OTAs and students
  • Exhibit excellent customer service
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
