> REF:#f6e2a07d084145e9This position oversees clinical practices and operations in the Surgical Services department, including ORs, Endoscopy, and Anesthesia Services, to ensure patient-centered care. Key responsibilities include fostering relationships among surgeons, anesthesia providers, and staff, managing clinical and business development, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires collaboration with various departments to enhance patient experiences and clinical outcomes, while also focusing on budget management and operational efficiency.
Essential Functions:
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders to develop business strategies.
- Manage operational budgets and improve service line efficiency.
- Oversee clinical education and ensure compliance with protocols.
- Promote staff engagement and accountability.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
Education: Bachelor’s in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years as an RN in Surgical Services, with leadership experience; 3 years in Ambulatory Surgery Center preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Current Washington State RN license and AHA BLS certification required.
Skills: Strong communication and computer skills are essential.
Physical Demands: Active role requiring lifting and mobility.
Job Type: Full-time, with a pay range of $50.00 – $75.01 per hour.
