Job Summary:

The RN Supervisor oversees the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care and assists in the planning and implementation of nursing department programs. Key responsibilities include supervising nursing activities, managing financial and human resources, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The Supervisor collaborates with clinical departments to meet quality and safety goals and is accountable for daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 2 years of clinical experience required.
• RN License and BLS certification required.

Work Schedule: 4 Days – 10 Hours, Full Time.
