A full-time split Rehab Team Leader (Occupational Therapy Assistant) position is available at two sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities in Norwood & Holliston, MA. Candidates must have leadership experience and a current MA Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license-eligible.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing rehabilitation services and ensuring efficient operations
  • Providing therapy services and clinical support
  • Coordinating with other therapists to optimize patient outcomes
  • Monitoring patient admissions and schedules
  • Administering supervision of rehabilitation staff

    • Benefits include up to 6 weeks of paid time off, medical/dental/vision plans, continuing education support, and flexible schedules. Compensation ranges from $34.00 to $39.00.
