Key duties include effective communication, teamwork, patient education, and leadership. RN I must complete annual competencies and participate in departmental initiatives.
Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
Certifications: RN License and BLS Certification required; relevant specialty certification preferred.
Qualifications: Competence in nursing care across developmental stages and reliable communication with the hospital.
