Job Description

This full-time position is responsible for overseeing clinical care in surgical areas, including organization, implementation, and evaluation. Key responsibilities include managing capital and operating budgets, enhancing nursing practice, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires collaboration with leadership to improve patient outcomes, manage financial performance, and maintain high standards of care.

• Education: BSN required; Master’s preferred within 3 years.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in clinical nursing and management.
• Licenses: Current RN license in Washington; BLS required, ACLS preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and management of regulatory standards.
