Signature HealthCARE of East Louisville is a 128-bed long-term care facility specializing in advanced diabetes care, rehabilitation, in-house dialysis, and skilled nursing. We aim to transform healthcare through resident-centered services and quality of life initiatives.

The Assistant Director of Nursing will manage nursing department operations, assist the Director of Nursing, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about training staff to provide excellent care.

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a current state license.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience; management experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
