**SIGNING BONUS**

The Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) leads a pharmacy team, ensuring compliance with FDA mandates and all relevant laws. Responsibilities include recruiting staff, managing budgets, conducting performance evaluations, and overseeing pharmacy operations. The PIC also verifies prescriptions, provides clinical advice, and ensures patient safety and confidentiality.

**Education & Experience:** Doctor of Pharmacy degree, state licensure, and 3-5 years of pharmacy experience required; management experience preferred.

**Skills:** Knowledge of pharmacy laws, leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

**Compensation:** $125,000-$140,000 annually plus a $3,000 signing bonus.
