Hospice Clinical Manager (RN) | Full Time

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Hospice Clinical Manager to oversee hospice care for patients in various settings, including home and assisted living. The role involves coordinating care plans, liaising with healthcare teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, with a Master’s preferred, and at least three years of experience, including supervisory roles. Required skills include effective communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A current Texas nursing license and CPR certification are mandatory.
