The Professional Development Practitioner (Nurse Educator) is responsible for:
Planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical orientation programs for nursing staff.
Enhancing clinical competence and setting educational expectations in collaboration with leadership and committees.
Providing coaching, mentoring, and career development services.
Developing ongoing professional development programs, including in-service and continuing education.
Fostering collaborative partnerships to achieve common goals.
Participating in evidence-based practice development aligned with strategic goals.
Qualifications include a BSN (MSN preferred), 3 years of clinical RN experience, and 1 year in nursing professional development preferred. The position is part-time, requiring 36 hours per week, with some off-shift work.
