Job Description

We are seeking a physician for occupational health follow-up visits in a float position across Broomfield, Longmont, and Greeley clinics. This role requires primary care, sports medicine, urgent care, or ER experience. Preferred qualifications include Level 1 & 2 work comp and DOT certifications, which can be reimbursed for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in urgent care/occupational health settings.
• Provide compassionate patient care and document using an electronic system.
• Supervise APPs and maintain clinical productivity.

Requirements:

• Active medical license and DEA.
• Completion of residency, preferably in family or emergency medicine.
• Comfortable with all age groups and EHR proficient.
