Job Description

Overview:

This nursing position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive wage of $38.71 – $41.05 per hour, with additional shift differentials for evenings and nights. The Registered Nurse (RN) will support the physical, emotional, and psycho-social needs of adult patients in the Transitional Care Unit (TCU) at a skilled nursing facility in Lake City, MN.

Part-time Schedule:

• 40 hours bi-weekly
• Night shifts (8 hours)
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities:

• Monitor personal care and ensure adherence to care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
• Assess and modify care plans as necessary
• Document incidents and changes in patient status

Qualifications:

• Required: Associate Degree in Nursing, current MN RN license, and BLS certification
• Preferred: 0-3 years of experience, TCU experience, and basic computer skills
