The Registered Nurse II (RN II) is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation. Key duties involve effective communication, teamwork, and leadership while overseeing patient education and safety initiatives. RN IIs must complete annual competencies and participate in departmental activities, including peer reviews and educational workshops.

  • Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1872 hours of RN experience (936 with BSN).
  • Certifications: RN License and BLS Certification required.
