Job Summary: The RN Supervisor oversees direct care nursing staff, ensuring excellence in client care and adherence to nursing standards. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, updating care plans, conducting assessments, and managing staff schedules. The role also involves medication administration, maintaining therapeutic environments, and participating in staff training and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of RN experience; behavioral health experience preferred.
  • Valid RN license required; Psychiatric Nursing certification preferred.
