Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect care to clients in their home environment, following organizational policies. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering skilled nursing care per physician’s orders.
• Documenting care, health status, and communicating with families and physicians.
• Administering medications and conducting health assessments.
• Providing health education and supervising caregivers.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications include a nursing degree, relevant experience, and a current state license. Salary ranges from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.
