Job Summary: The Administrative Supervisor at Skagit Valley Hospital plays a crucial role in ensuring coordinated, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care. This position involves overseeing operations across departments, collaborating with clinical and support leaders, and maintaining effective communication to enhance patient experiences.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate patient disposition and bed assignments.
• Assist in staffing and resource allocation for patient safety.
• Provide clinical support and evaluate patient conditions.
• Promote professionalism and conflict resolution among staff.
• Serve as the administrator in the absence of executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Minimum three years of acute care experience with leadership skills.
• Current Washington State RN or ARNP licensure required.

Physical Demands: The role requires active engagement, including lifting patients and standing for extended periods.

Compensation: Pay ranges from $44.64 to $66.96 per hour, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.
