Essential Functions:
- Coordinate patient disposition and bed assignments.
- Assist in staffing and resource allocation for patient safety.
- Provide clinical support and evaluate patient conditions.
- Promote professionalism and conflict resolution among staff.
- Serve as the administrator in the absence of executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
- Minimum three years of acute care experience with leadership skills.
- Current Washington State RN or ARNP licensure required.
Physical Demands: The role requires active engagement, including lifting patients and standing for extended periods.
Compensation: Pay ranges from $44.64 to $66.96 per hour, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.
