Registered Nurse, Nursing Float Pool – Part time

Job Description

Summary:

A Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN also prescribes, delegates, coordinates, supervises, and evaluates patient education and the activities of ancillary nursing staff while upholding professional nursing standards. Direct and indirect patient care is provided.

Requirements:

• Education/Skills: Graduate of a State Board accredited School of Nursing or equivalent.
• Experience: Six (6) months of experience preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in Texas; American Heart Association BLS certification within two weeks of employment.
