    • Position Summary:

    The Physical Therapist will deliver care based on physician referrals, adhering to all regulations and standards. Candidates should have a degree in physical therapy, an active state license, and preferably one year of post-acute care experience. CPR certification is required.

    Essential Functions include:

  • Implementing treatment plans and modifying goals
  • Overseeing care provided by support staff
  • Maintaining professional relationships and confidentiality
