We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for our Level I nursery in rural northeast Connecticut, offering a supportive and community-oriented environment. The facility features a 16-bed nursery with 500 deliveries annually, staffed by NNPs, RNs, and obstetricians, with offsite neonatologist support.

Compensation:

  • $150,000 base salary + shift differentials (equivalent to $235,000 in Boston)
  • $120/hr for extra shifts
  • CME allowance, full-time PTO, and benefits

Schedule:

  • 24-hour shifts starting at 8 am
  • 3 shifts per two weeks, with overtime options
  • Less than 1:2 weekends coverage, no call

Requirements:

  • Licensed NNP with 2+ years of neonatal experience
  • Experience with neonatal codes and intubation required
