HYBRID BCBA – BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Job Description

Position: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) – Youth ABA Line of Business

Overview: This hybrid role requires a fully licensed BCBA to conduct in-person assessments and provide remote supervision. The position focuses on delivering holistic behavioral health services to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and mental illness.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments and communicate progress with stakeholders.
• Coordinate home visits and ensure effective program implementation.
• Participate in team meetings and complete progress notes.
• Organize staff training and maintain records for transparency.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and BCBA licensure required.
• Two or more years of experience with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.

Salary: $65.00/hour
