Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing yearly unit goals and monitoring progress.
  • Advocating for patients and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with departments to improve patient care and resolve issues.
  • Managing staff performance and professional development.
  • Participating in budget development and resource management.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and RN License.
  • BLS certification.
  • Full-time availability.
