Position Summary: The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides direct rehabilitation care to patients based on physician referrals, adhering to relevant laws and standards.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
NBCOT certified upon hire; renewal optional
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (BSOT or MSOT)
Active state license required
Preferred: 1 year experience in post-acute care
CPR certification required upon hire

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Collaborate with patients and families
Demonstrate good body mechanics
Make independent decisions as needed
Knowledgeable of relevant laws and guidelines
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Essential Functions:
Implement treatment plans and set measurable goals
Oversee care provided by support staff
Chart patient progress accurately
Provide excellent customer service
Participate in patient evacuation when necessary
Work effectively in a team environment
