Job Description

INTEGRIS Health Hospital at Home is seeking a full-time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in the Oklahoma City metro area, working day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM. This role involves providing in-home care to patients, collaborating with a virtual clinical team for immediate medical support. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, ordering diagnostic tests, diagnosing health issues, prescribing treatments, and educating patients on their care. Candidates must have a Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, a current Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license, and BLS certification. Effective communication in English is required.
