Job Description

Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to ensure patient comfort and well-being. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing equipment and assisting physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Administering medications, changing dressings, cleaning wounds, and monitoring vital signs.
• Maintaining patient care records and participating in care planning as a primary or associate nurse.
• Leading and directing support staff in safe procedures.

Requirements include a nursing degree, Texas RN license, and preferred experience in critical or acute care. CPR and ACLS certifications are required, along with additional certifications within specified timeframes.
