Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full-Time

Location: Modesto, CA area

Position Summary: As a Physical Therapist, you will assist patients in restoring function, relieving pain, and preventing disability through preventive care and rehabilitation. You will document patient progress and develop care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop care plans.
• Perform therapy procedures and document patient progress.
• Complete assessments and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active state license and at least one year of experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to make home visits.
