We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct rehabilitation care in speech therapy to patients referred by physicians, adhering to all relevant laws and standards.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech Therapy, ASHA certification (CCCs), and a valid state license.
Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care settings.
Responsibilities include establishing patient goals, charting, utilizing therapy software, and maintaining professional relationships.
Must demonstrate excellent customer service, independent decision-making, and teamwork skills.
CPR certification is required upon hire.
