The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering nursing care to patients during night shifts, supervising LPNs, CNAs, and other staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and addressing physical and behavioral health needs.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Administering medications and monitoring patient status.
  • Documenting care and communicating with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Providing education to clients and families.
