Job Duties:
- Provide resident-centered care and assist with ADLs
- Monitor and report resident conditions
- Ensure safety for residents and staff
- Respond promptly to call lights
- Collaborate with team members
Requirements:
- Must be a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) in good standing
- Complete 12 hours of in-service education annually
- Maintain regular attendance
