Job Description

Fallon Health seeks a Dietitian to provide and coordinate nutritional care for patients under the SE Site Director’s guidance. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting age-appropriate nutrition assessments and education.
• Developing nutrition care plans based on individual patient needs.
• Documenting visits and evaluating follow-up needs.
• Creating educational materials and programs for patients and staff.
• Participating in professional development and nutrition research.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in nutrition, active R.D. status, and 1-3 years of relevant experience. A valid driver’s license is required.
